Our stay at the resort was largely enjoyable, thanks to the beautiful grounds and family-friendly activities. The staff's service was outstanding, consistently meeting our needs with a smile. However, we had some issues with our room reservation that detracted from our overall experience. While the amenities were impressive, I do wish there was more clarity around the scheduling for the ferry and beach access.

I had a lovely time at the Hyatt Coconut Plantation! The beautiful grounds contributed to a very relaxing atmosphere, and the variety of amenities kept my family entertained. However, some facilities closed too early, and we faced a few bug issues during our stay. Overall, it's a fantastic family-friendly resort with plenty to do.
